Palmer, Lombardi & Donohue, LLP, is a 22 attorney California law firm with offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco that handles litigation and transactional matters. The firm represents many of the largest businesses in the world, including UBS, JP  Morgan Chase & Co, Wells Fargo Bank, American Express and Starbucks. We also represent many privately owned companies and entrepreneurs.

The litigation department handles business, securities, real estate, banking, employment, and intellectual property cases.

The transactions department handles mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financings (including cross border investments), EB-5 investments, business formation and associated early stage venture finance, fund formation and investment and portfolio activities, governance (including counsel to boards of directors), insolvency and restructuring, and a wide variety of commercial transactions.
