The Firm was founded in 1989 based upon the experience the two foundering partners Alberto Fumagalli and Marco Grando gained assisting and advising companies and private individual clients. The Firm provides a full range of legal advice and services in judicial and extra-judicial matters and in arbitrations, with particular reference to Civil and Commercial Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate and Housing Law, Family and Inheritance Law.
