The founding members of Kapolyi Law Office had worked for the Budapest Stock Exchange as legal counsels prior to the establishment of the law office. The law office has been the official legal advisor of the Budapest Stock Exchange since its foundation. Our main field of activity is the capital and money markets; we support the operations of brokerage firms, credit institutions, asset managers and pension funds. Apart from the above we provide legal services in real estate investment, business transactions, M&A, IT and internet service, corporate, competition, labour law matters and litigation.

• Establishment of investment companies, credit institutions, asset managers, pension funds, setting up cross border services and preparing the internal regulations and general terms of business and conducting compliance audits. Assisting in IPOs, stock exchange listings and private placements. Legal advisory in portfolio transfer,  debt restructuring, distressed sale and other transactions. Representing clients before the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority in all licensing and other proceedings.
