Further to its merger with Mayer & Associés in Hong Kong in May 2026, Dumon Partners has now the longest-established French business law practice registered with the Law Society of Hong Kong. Founded by Eric Mayer, who has been practising in Hong Kong since 1995, the office has been assisting multinational companies, entrepreneurs, investors and family businesses across Asia for more than thirty years.
Located in the heart of the Central district of Hong Kong, the office advises clients on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, joint ventures, international investments, dispute resolution and strategic business development throughout Asia-Pacific.
The office combines international legal standards with deep regional experience and a strong understanding of the business environment in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Southeast Asia. Dumon Partners’ Hong Kong team works closely with the firm’s offices in Paris, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Casablanca and Beirut to provide coordinated cross-border legal support.
Our Hong Kong office specializes in the economic migration of companies to Asia-Pacific, particularly China, and from Asia-Pacific particularly to Africa, the Middle East and France.
