ANTELIS VEYSSADE is a middle-size law firm of 3 partners and 6 associates located in Paris. Our team is organized by field of practice, which always insures an expertise at the cutting edge of legal practice. We are constantly striving for greater efficiency, in a pragmatic approach in an interactive communication with the client to provide high quality legal advice. Working fluently in English and Spanish, we have an international network and provide advice and accompany our clients abroad both in business and tax law.

Emma Bensoussan-Cremieux, has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1995. She mainly advises French and foreign companies on business law and corporate matters, advising them on mergers and acquisitions, external growth (LBOs, acquisitions, disposals, business combinations, capital transactions) and related governance issues (shareholders' agreements, management packages). She assists her clients in their commercial development in France and abroad by proposing adapted and optimal contractual solutions. She represents her clients in commercial and financial pre-litigation and litigation before all national jurisdictions.

Jennifer Douieb has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2010. She is specialized in tax law, particularly international personal taxation. She advises both companies and individuals on international mobility issues. In particular, she assists taxpayers with the filing of complex personal tax returns (income tax, real estate wealth tax), with the regularization of their foreign assets and assists them in the event of litigation with the tax authorities. She also assists families with their estate planning strategies (gifts, anticipation of inheritance, etc.). Jennifer DOUIEB also teaches international tax law at Paris-Dauphine University and the Paris Bar School.

Jacques Desmoineaux has been a member of to the Paris Bar since 2003 and he is specialised in corporate tax law. He provides companies with pragmatic advice on national and international tax law. He began his professional career in the French tax authorities as a tax inspector before joining the Framatome group (Areva), an industrial group in the nuclear energy sector, as the group's legal and tax director. He was then appointed director of international taxation for the French company Sanofi, a leader in the nuclear energy sector. Jacques DESMOINEAUX uses the pragmatism and professionalism he has acquired working for international groups to help all companies.
