Warshaw Burstein real estate team headed by Harvey Krasner was lead counsel on the purchase of two parcels of property in the Wynwood section of Miami for $11 million.
Mr. Krasner represented Chaim Cahane, Dan Arev and Jon Krasner on the transaction. The properties are located on North Miami Avenue in the heart of Wynwood, just north of downtown Miami and across the bay from South Beach. The negotiations began in late 2013 and the contract was executed in March 2014. The closing of the smaller parcel took place in May 2014 and the larger parcel in January 2015. The Forte Capital/Cahane Group partnered with East End Capital Partners, New York based real estate developers with a substantial presence in Wynwood, to complete the transaction.
