This is the second seminar arranged between the two firms, the first seminar being hosted at RW Blears offices and focusing on the enforcement process for warranty and indemnity claims. The two firms are able to cross refer work to one another RWB specialising in corporate , regulatory and tax matters and Summit law specialise in commercial disputes, insolvency and director defence.
