Our Litigation Group represents clients in and advises them how to avoid civil, administrative, and certain criminal matters, in state and federal courts, ranging from the garden variety contract actions for damages to complex commercial claims, both in an outside of New York City.

Our Real Estate Group represents real estate professionals, banks and other financial institutions, corporations, and individual clients as both buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and borrowers and lender, focusing on not only the legal aspects but also on the business fundamentals of simple and complex transactions.

Our Tax and Tax Planning Group advises both domestic and foreign clients, such as real estate developers, operators, syndicators, and investors, on matters within the United States and abroad.

Our Trusts and Estate Group assists clients in transferring their assets to their beneficiaries, minimizing exposure to estate, gift, and generation-skipping taxes.
